My wife ordered casket for her mother on the website www.bestpricecaskets.com. These horrible people promised to provide it on time, but they failed and started to provide some excuses ad fake promises, but when we gave them more time, they again failed. Not recommended and not reliable company, so better avoid them and post comments if you have the same problems with them. Share your views in order to warn other people as well.
Hi, we had the same situation where bestpricecaskets.com did not deliver the casket. The evening before the service we debated on whether to buy from the funeral home or from another online option. In the end we called Costco Caskets and Casketsite.com and priced shopped both websites. we ended up buying from Casketsite as Costco could not get the delivery done that quickly. The casket then showed up 2hrs before the viewing. We got lucky with that one but not with bestpricecaskets.com unfortunately... Thanks, J.M.
