check, How can you capture this Arthur Lee?he is now a billionaire if millions of people sent him a check or money order of
$25.00.I am sure you will go to HELL if you die...

I got a similar letter, except I was to answer the question:One bundle of $50 bills contains 200 bills, what should be the total value of 20 identical bundles? a. $200, 000 or b. $1, 000. This was asked as a qualifying question. Nowhere, did I read what type of skills were needed nor what the testing procedures would be in order to determine what skills are needed to acquire the $15K. But by filling out the form 1080 which contained this question and signing and dating the form and sending the $9 in, I would then be advanced into subsequent rounds? I suppose from reading the ladies reply above that she qualified for another stupid question for the $9 and so they sent her another one. I suppose they will keep sending you a question each time that you send in $9. This must be for people who feel the need to impress someone with their knowledge about insignificant things; but at $9 a pop; I could think of more slightly challenging questions for sure. I feel confident that the $9 will be diverted to the Muslim Brotherhood or to the re-election fund for Barrack Obama or other worthy causes. :)

its a cutt throat world, and it realy realy sucks when the scams happen to you it happened to me not once but twice. Some things are just to good to be true and when times are hard thats when it realy hits home we the people look for some kind of mirracle to happen like winning the lotterey or sweepstake cause of our situations and hard times we just need to be more aware of the information use common sense and if it seems or sounds to good tobe true then it is NOT no one is to blame but ourselves for making these scammers what they are today its a business for them to prey on the needy and its we the people are the only ones that can put them out of business by being more aware as well as communitcating to everyone about these frauds/SCAMS. PLEASE USE GOOGLE TO BE BETTER INFORMED be safe, aware, live & love each other sincerely Elijah Esteban.

Where is our police force, are they sleeping, and why are they doing nothing to end this scam . Thery know their are scammers out their and they are doing nothing about this problem. They know millions of people are bing robbed and they just sit back and let the theives just rip[ more and more people off. The american goverment has to get tuffer with their scammers and do what other countries due put an end to it, with a jail sentence, and the postal system should have to repay the money and the plice should raid these scammers bank accounts, and the money repaid to the people, that were robbed, the postal system is run government and just like the police, it should be governed legally, not illegally, other wise it is just crooked and illegal to bother people with all these lies on fliers, and making illegal, comments about winnings, and making people think it is legit because it came in a government mail box.

No such thing as a scam investigator and if there were, they would NOT be using a gmail account. These people are SCAMMERS. Do not contact them. There was never any draw or any prize. Do NOT send them any information.

Award Processing Center - fraud deceit
award processing center
Kansas City
United States

Multiple deceiving envelopes and letters and checks telling me that I have won, and am eligible to get to the next level of the contest, but before I can claim my prize I need to follow directions and mail in another entry and then there is a contest where I add two numbers together and include my processing fee.

There appears to be a link between Award Processing Center, Award Research Group, Cash Connection Official Registration, Financial Management, International Award, Office of Advancement, and Sweepstakes Payments
Each appears to have a PO Box on 1401 Armour Road in Kansas City, Mo
Although, I did catch Award Research Group going to The Netherlands!
All in all, each requires you to follow the directions precisely which entails solving a simple addition problem to advance along with enclosing a check, donation, processing fee with the return portion of the letter.
In one of the envelopes there was an itty bitty tiny 1 ' x1" piece of paper that fell out that stated that "no fee must be included" in order to submit my entry. HUH? Nice. After everything is highlighted and bold ed telling me that I already won and that I simply need to claim my prize. Stop these frauds from scamming people especially seniors.

I received the same crap in the mail in honolulu Hawaii, I certainly didn't send them a dime. What I did was waist a stamp sent them back the letter they sent and wrote, this envelope is equip with an electronic device that will Track Police to your said location. If I was you please be advised the minute you receive this letter you will be followed. After that never received a letter from them again... Yes my friends this is a SCAM... If you won something you would not need to pay a FEE... when you see Cash, money order, or check written on a notice letter that you won, this should be a red flag. Just think CASH? No way anyone would ask for CASH as a payment for processing FEE... Can you imagine all the paper they are wasting to print this CRAP? PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE...
