Asos.com — Horrible experience
I made an order about a week ago and paid extra to receive my item in two days. I got a confirmation email from Asos saying that my order will be delivered before February 12th, 2016. It is now February 16th and I received nothing yet. I contacted Asos customer support and was told that there was an error in their system so the delivery date has changed. They promised to refund me the shipping fee. I hope they are not lying. I wanted that top for a special event, which already passed. Even if I'll get what I ordered I will never buy anything from them again! This is so unprofessional.
