I have patronized this particular store since it opened. Over the last year the customer service has deteriorated tremendously. I have witnessed the Manager addressing her staff in a rude and unprofessional manner. The manager was seen yelling at an employee, and the employee's family member witnesses the encounter and became very upset. The manager shrugged, and rudely continued serving another customer, and did not apologize to the employees family member. Another Manager was seen taking a picture of one of the associates and posted the picture on social media, and engaged in negative conversation, embarrassing the associate about her appearance. The entire stores Management team is very unprofessional, they are always on the phone, of in the back, not easily assessable to customers. They have been known to make a customer wait so long for assistance, that the customer becomes frustrated and leaves.
