American Progressive- Today's Option's / Can not get disenrollment put through to Medicare
American Progressive was to cancel my father's policy, which they say they did, and place him back on the Medicare policy that he had. This took 6 weeks and we were informed then that it would take Medicare another 45 days to process. It has been 106 days since cancellation of policy and nothing has been corrected yet. Medicare says they have received nothing from American Progressive and we have sent 3 complaints through them with no action from American Progressive on said complaints. When trying to reach American Progressive, I am either told that they will call me back or they say that they sent it through once already and what more can they do. SEND IT THROUGH AGAIN!!! No one follows up on anything anymore! You would think that they would rather put the disenrollment through again and send me verification of said transaction instead of having me call every week!
Any other people out there with the same problem? How did you get it rectified? Advise smb!
