We called and hired Mr. James Noisome in 06/11/17. First he showed up late while there's water leak damage in my house and he inspected and determine that water leak caused from the underground pipe in the house so instead of breaking downstairs floor he would create a new water line that cost $3200. When another Demolition services we called to work on the damages in the house showed up and told us that the problem or caused for water leak is coming from the water heater tank which Mr. Noisome the plumber didn't bother checking after all. He even argued with us that he was a professional plumber he already checked that out and that was not the problem then the next he changed his mind and he told us that he would replace the water heater tank and that would cost us $2610.00. We should have waited and find somewhere else cheaper but because the house was damaged of the water leak we agreed to work with plumber Mr. James Noisome. At first he is not very dependable he was late to show up, and took him 3 days to install the new water heater tank and didn't even bother to clean up his mess and the worst thing was he never removed the water heater tank in my property he just left it in the backyard of house and didn't even bother to pick it up or take it with him. After he got the payment he promised to pick it up we called him multiple times and sent him 5x emails and he still don't bother to response. He is not reliable, and does not show any courtesy and not being professional he has done very lousy job.
I JUST WANT THE OLD WATER HEATER TANK TO BE PICK BY THIS CONTRACTOR WHO HAS DONE LOUSY JOB IN MY PROPERTY.

Over a month that this contractor business name: A-MASS INC./JBN owner name: James Newsome did not removed the Old water heater tank that he replaced and installed in my house. He left the old water heater in the back of my house and did not bother to pick it up or take it with him. After he got all the expensive payment he charged us he never showed to pick up the old water heater tank. Sometime you cannot trust this contractor. He is not dependable, reliable and not professional. And not very knowledgeable as a plumber.
I will file complaint to BBB, State Attorney General and State Contractors License Board.
Warning, do not hire this man for no type of job.
