Comello Media Services review: I would like either the map or a refund.

Comello Media Services supposedly sells 3 D maps of Arizona. I ordered the 3D map of Verde Valley & Sedona. My charge card was charged for it by them, but the map never arrived. I contacted them by phone and left my name, phone number, and address and was told by their voice mail I would be contacted soon. It has been 4 weeks since my card was billed for the map, but no one has returned my call. Emails to them are useless as well.
