Colonial Manor Kalamazoo Michigan review: Favoritism and poor upkeep of the roads. Illegal work done on trailers by unlicensed people

There is a purple Firebird near 1063 Colonial Trail that has been parked here for over 4 years, flat tires, no license, etc. Other people get notices and threats of a vehicle to be impounded but this Firebird sits here rotting away.
The streets have terrible potholes. The poor attempts to patch don't hold for very long and back again come the potholes. Professional repair is necessary to take care of this problem.
Unlicensed amatures continue to remodel trailers here without permits. This is against the law and dangerous. 1064 Colonial Trail was remodeled and now it is occupied. There was never a permit posted as required by Michigan Law. This remodeling continues all over the park.
