I purchased a puppy in July from Collie Country Ranch in Mansfield, Ohio. She was 8 months old at the time. I was told she was current on all vaccinations, and also that she had been dewormed properly. When I took her to be spayed I discovered she was behind on her shots and had to pay to get her caught up. A few weeks later she became very lethargic, was having diarrhea in the house, and not eating and drinking. I took her to the vet and learned she had hookworm. The vet said she must've caught it before I bought her and that if she had been dewormed it wouldn't have happened. I've now spent about $400 on medical issues I asked about before buying her. I was lied to. I reached out to Collie County Ranch about this, but am being ignored. Beware- if my pup was infected with hookworms others likely are too.

I bought a Collie from Collie Country Ranch in Mansfield, Ohio in 2015. He got sick within 8 months or so and continue to be sick until the last day. He passed away after 4 years. He gave joy to our family but very sad to see him suffer with immune and allergy problems since he was a puppy.

I bought a puppy from them about two years ago and was told he was bottle fed because his organs were undeveloped. Shortly after I got him he was losing all his hair and found out he had mange which took months to treat. I tried to contact them about it and they would not respond. He has horrible behavior issues that can not even be corrected by a behavioral specialist that I spent thousands of dollars on. I went back to old messages before I purchased him and got the name of the vet they so called took him to only to find out he was never even brought to a vet, no record of a puppy with underdeveloped organs, never even received his first shots and the vet told me he was 100% an inbred dog and this place was a puppy mill.
