I am a student in New York city and I decided to store my things with Collegeboxes. They returned most of my things, but still (4 months after they agreed to return it) haven't returned one of my boxes. I've called, written e-mails, and written complaint tickets... non of which produce my box.
They are unhelpful, unorganized, and unwilling to return my things.
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I shipped 5 boxes cross-country; every single box was damaged upon arrival to the point that items were falling out of the boxes. Collegeboxes denied any liability in the manner. The storage company had to re-tape the boxes just so we could pick them up without dropping items. All 5 boxes were packed carefully and should have held together fine.
