Coles Supermarkets Australia review: customer service

I was served by a very rude cashier at the Westfield, West Lakes, South Australia store. The Cashiers name was Nikki and she was by far the rudest cashier I have ever encountered seeing that I have been shopping at Coles for as long as I can remember. She does an awful job representing coles and I hope that something is done to stop this rude behaviour. She charged my mother extra on sale items and was condescending when we pointed out that she was purposely scanning the single items twice . I have never this type of issue with the costumer service in all the coles stores I have been to in South Australia. This young women was a very poor reflection of such a renowned and respected company. I personally feel she has no place interacting with the public given that she lacks the most basic sense of propriety and kindness. Whatever action you decide to take, my mother and I are certainly willing to act as witnesses.
