Cocomo Official Store Singapore review: Deceitful and very cunning seller

Placed an order on 1 June 2022 from Cocomo and turns out to be a disaster.

First, they did not update their inventory and when they have no stock, check with customers, not update delivery status to "Delivery has started".

Second, they did not explain what caused the blunder but continually claimed that orders are processed within 24-48hrs from their end. They had the cheek to shif all blame on QExpress delivery and said they can't control delivery companies!

Third, they lies again for the 3rd time that they had arranged for QExpress to pick up the order when they still do not have the stock.

Fourth, after 6 days of lying, they now admit that they were restocking and expect delays. They asked if I wanted to change to another item they currently have in their warehouse and also not to duplicate more queries on Qpost. I requested for another one which cost an extra $5. They agreed.

Fifth, Cocomo WhatsApp me separately to chase for a $5 for the change in item and requested that I don't have to go to Qoo10's CS anymore. Also, gave a deadline to pay up the difference by 15 June and "If payment is not made on time we will flag ur order up to q10."

Sixth: They removed all my posts and feedback on their page and restrict my account from adding comments.

1 June: Placed 1 order for Volumizing Hair Tonic (out of 10 orders from different sellers).

2 June: An invalid tracking no. created. with only shipping info showing "An error occurred" BUT "Delivery has been started".

3 June: Raised an enquiry to Qoo10 CS center on the order with only error message and invalid tracking no. CSO gave a nonsensical account on delivery process without any investigation, as usual and claimed that item picked up already by QExpress and that I continue to wait.

4 June: Received all 9 orders from other sellers. Raised an enquiry to Cocomo on my 1 last order. No reply.

6 June: Raised a few enquiries again to Cocomo and the replies:

Reply #1:  "All orders are processed within 24-48hrs... There might be slight delay of processing due to the peak sales.

Various courier companies' speed of delivery is also not within our control. Delivery for Qxpress is 24h-48h, U shoud recieve the parcel within the next 24h-48h once tracking number has been updated. Please do not worry"

Reply #3: "Thank you for shopping with COCOMO, Your parcels will be picked up by Qxpress today. you will be able to see tracking number today evening once qxpress has picked up your parcels (around 7pm onwards). "

7 June: Again, no pickup update on 6 June:

Reply #4: "we are truly sorry for the delay, VOLUMIZING HAIR TONIC is in the midst of restocking and there is a delay to arrive in our warehouse. would you like to consider changing it to others so that we can send out to you soonest... also kindly stick to just this chat will do and not sent duplicate messages."

And I requested for Synergy Double Up tonic.

8 June: No response from Cocomo and enquired again:

Reply #5: "sure we will change to Synergy Double Up, do note that the courier will only pick up the parcel in the evening, so you may tracking the parcel (same tracking number) via q10 after 7pm. we are not lying, pls check ur order shipping number today evening. thanks"

9 June: Order received and seller WhatsApp me separately to chase for a $5 for the change in item and requested that I don't go to Qoo10's CS anymore. Argued again that they are not in any wrong and gave an account now on how their backend process work. What? They have one week to explain but waited till after I raised an issue with Qoo10.
