Cloud Slides

The time period spans 12/11/23 to present 01/17/23. My emails are dated: 3 emails from me on 01/11/24, 01/13/24, 01/14/24. Husband ordered a pair for me for Christmas. He did not receive any confirmation or email concerning his oder, but his credit card was charged the day of order. They were gigantic and clearly not a size 8.5 women. He did not have address to send them back. I thought it was a glitch, so I ordered 2 more pairs. I received confirmation and email stating my order's status. I did receive them ; however, they were gigantic in size again. I emailed Cloud slide's support and asked for verification of address on shipping package. Their response was to keep the 2 pairs and save on shipping fees to send back, and then order another pair, just pat the $9.95 shipping. There was no mention of a refund to my credit car, nor a confirmation of address I gave them. I looked up address, and it seems to have the street address of Illinois, but it had California listed as the state. Clearly a bogus address. I sent 2 more emails asking for return address, but received an insulting/deceptive offer to keep them and get 50% of my refund back. The final email said to take photos of shoes (make sure they hadn't been worn), photo of shipping label showing address (I researched the new address they gave me, and it's associated with bad ratings stating "scam"). I have now decided to voice my grievance to the appropriate channels of power, in order that they investigate all the complaints that are so very similar to mine, and shut them down with fines and penalties attached!
