I ordered clothes & bags from this company. June 2022. It’s now mid August and nothing has been received. I pay upfront in full, for the goods and the air freight, which was a lot of money. Every week I was told something different. The order is almost complete, the order is being put together for shipment, the order will be with you next week, the order is at the airport, the order has the wrong documents, the agent who is handling the transactions has made many mistakes. Then when I asked for the tracking number and said I was going to complain, no more emails, no more nothing. This company has scammed me for well over £1000.

Desired outcome: actual prove of postage by air cargo, with delivery date. Or full refund

To anyone considering placing an order with this company,
I want to share my experience to caution you about this website, which I believe is a scam. I placed an order with them eight weeks ago, paying for both the items and shipping. I was informed that my order would take 2-3 weeks to be completed.
Since then, I have received nothing.
I have emailed them multiple times and only received a generic response stating, "We will let you know when your order is finished." They have refused to provide any details about when my order will be completed or shipped.
Now, they have stopped responding to my emails altogether.
I hope this message helps someone avoid the disappointment and frustration I've experienced. Please think twice before placing an order with this company.
