In May 2024, I invested $8,000 USD into a 50/50 partnership with Christopher Ryan Schwarz to run Clinic Envy. I also covered monthly production costs while I managed operations, and he handled sales. We agreed to equal ownership and monthly salaries of $4,000 each.
In April 2024, Christopher removed me from all company accounts, withheld my investment, production expenses, and salary, and rebranded himself as sole owner/operator. I have documentation to support these claims.
