Clientele Funeral Cover review: Unauthorised payment

I joint the funeral cover at jabulani mall, the gentleman who was assisting me, told me that they will call me first before debiting my money.. I even ask the manager who was on site working with them…they have debited my money twice now…. I have not registered 13 people that they said the call center people will call me for…. I am really disappointed and annoyed…..
