Cleveland Clinic Weston Fl review: phys. cood for pain mgt.

I need a referral from my pcp for an upcoming appt on 9/6. My pcp requires certain codes for insurance before issuing the referral. Last week I was on hold for 45 minutes till I spoke with a person. I was promised the codes would be sent to my pcp. To date nothing was sent. Today is 8/30 and I have been on hold for over an hour and nobody has come to the phone. Your phys. cood dept is horrible . I give up and will have to cancel appt. I am going to hang up now. Nobody should have to hold on for over an hour.
