We purchased a bedroom set from Cleo's back on Sept 24, 2022. When we purchased it we had them deliver it to our house. In November 2022 our dresser broke. When I called to have it replaced Curtis at the Cleo's in Jacksonville, Ar were we bought it from told me that we could bring it back or pay for them to come out and pick up the dresser so it could be taken to the place to get replaced or repaired. When we bought the bedroom set we were not told any of this upfront. I have reached out to Curtis mutiple times about it getting fixed. We keep getting told the same thing. It is under manufacture warranty for a year and we have had it for a couple months. I have tried to find the number for corporate. Nothing is being done. I have reached out to the Searcy Cleo's trying to get a distric manager or coporate number. The gentelman I talked to said he would have his distric manager to reach out to the distric manager in Jacksonville. It has been 2 days with no contact.
Desired outcome: I would like for them to come and get the dresser and replace it with a new one and deliver it back to us without being charged. We have already paid for delivery once.
I have not heard anything from Cleo's about fixing the issues.
