Clayton Homes of Valdosta GA review: Fix these problems. I feel like I bought a cheap piece of crap!

We purchased our new home in 2021 I believe it was. We have had people come out to fix it ecobe & turned out the electrical was done wrong, same with the stove in kitchen, as well as water heater. The dishwasher didn’t fit in place like it should have been so someone came out & did a rig job. Yes it fits now but there is a piece of metal that sticks out (it’s just tacky for a new home).

Then there is the gurgling noise in guest bath if you run water in the tub & flush toilet at the same time, toilet fills with water so u can’t do both at once. If you take a shower it gurgles for a few mins.

Then in master bath there are dents at the bottom of tub. Someone came out for that, said they needed the tub leveled in order to fix properly. That guy comes out & says don’t fix it, it won’t last, he said it was a faulty tub to begin with. He wouldn’t respond after that.

After my 1st complaint to corporate I received a letter from our sales man Carl in Valdosta who said he would help. I finally went in & spoke with Carl & he said he would come do a walk through. Well, my husband passed away so I told Carl I needed a little time. He said no problem take the time you need.

I texted him & asked how soon can we have the tub replaced. Haven’t heard a word.

I want these issues FIXED. I don’t care how far the repair people have to come from. I have tried to do it myself & can’t find anyone to repair. I should not have to go through this & certainly not for so long. Our roof was leaking, insurance wouldn’t give us enough to fix problem so WE PAID to have a metal roof over so more damage doesn’t occur. That is ridicules. You have no idea how much I wish I could drop this sucker off in Carls lap. He like most sales people lied through his teeth, & apparently still is when he said he’d help. What can I do? Please help me. I don’t want to deal with the Valdosta home center as they don’t help. What are you going to do to resolve these issues? Buy the place back! I’ll build a brick home! Surely someone can help me.
