Clayton Homes - Clayton home complaint

I have been dealing with clayton homes for over a year now regarding repairs needed in my home. The wall stucco inside the house is cracking, the cabinet drawers are cracked (since day one), flooring is peeling up, and has paint, the baseboards are damaged and not painted. I made clayton in mohave valley immediately aware of all of the issues. They sent out their admin to do the walk through and made me sign a form that said i had 120 days from the day of my walk through to tell them about any issues. I had already told them about the issues and now the admin documented them. They sent out a repair man named enrique and craig who were worthless. They came out 4 or 5 times for 20 minutes at a time saying they had to get managers approval. Finally after 4 months and several complaints into vanderbuilt and clayton, the manager approved the repairs. During this time, not only did i find nails come up a long the carpet area but the air conditioning ducts were not properly attached so the air condition wasn't workinng, the thermostat was faulty and when they came to try to replace it, the installer craig didn't know how to work it or explain to me how to work it. A few months ago, i walk into clayton to check on the status of my repairs and there is a new manager and new admin. The manager has the nerve to tell me he isn't going to fix anything because i'm over the 120 days and nothing he can do for me is going to make me happy so he's not going to fix anything. I tried to explain to him that these issues were all reported prior to my 120 day deadline and 12 months later, i'm still waiting for some one to fix it. He then insulted me and offered me a couple hundred dollars to go away. I just want my home fixed so i can be done with clayton. I have made several visits to the office and no one wants to help me.

I have been dealing with clayton homes for over a year now regarding repairs needed in my home. The wall is cracked in the living room, the cabinet drawer won’t stay on the track, flooring is bubbling up, the counter tops are bowing, there are nails and screws sticking out of the cabinets and on top of the cabinets, the walls are separating from each other and the floor, the doors have to be slammed to get them to latch, the roof leaks, the vinyl siding keeps popping out, windows are damaged on the inside of the house and windows look like they are separating from the house they aren’t properly closed in, the underpinning is cracked in multiple places around the house that’s just some of our issues. We have told Clayton Homes in Statesville, NC and we have contacted the manufacturer TruHomes and they refuse to fix anything. They sent out their repair man named Terry and his partner and the manufacturer sent out Adam and his partner and they done more damage they were all useless and
worthless. They came out 3 to 5 times for an hour or so. So we are stuck with a piece of crap house that’s falling apart that’s going to cost us thousands of dollars to fix it. We have complained several times and nothing. The appliances are falling apart and they won’t do anything for that either. the manager approved the repairs. Also our central system only heats and cools on one side of the house. I just want my home fixed so i can actually call it a home. The sales men gave us money.
