On Thurdsay, April 29th I bid on lot 36 via LiveAuctioneers, an online bidding platform, in a live auction being conducted by Claystrong Enterprises of Chambersburg, PA. I won lot 36 for $90, an amount much less than the absentee bid which I had entered. The LiveAuctioneers site showed I won and in addition, I was invoiced by Claystrong Enterprises for the correct amount a few days later. (see photo attachments).
After looking at the invoice I noticed the shipping charges were not added to the invoice so I emailed Claystrong and they said they would be happy to add the shipping charges and would send me a revised invoice. (see photo of email) After waiting a week for the revised invoice I called them at which time a woman informed me I had not won the item and that someone in the audience had won it for $75. This was a blatant lie for I watched the auction live online and saw and heard the auctioneer for myself sell it to the LiveAuctioneers bidder (me) for $90, just as my invoice from Claystrong and LiveAuctioneer's website reflects. It has also come to my attention that Claystrong Enterprises does not have a licensed auctioneer on their staff and I believe them using the LiveAuctioneers platform to solicit bidding from all over the country is illegal if they are not a firm with a licensed auctioneer. The owner is of the company is Clayton Armstrong. There is no record of any auctioneer in the state of Pennsylvania by that name.

Desired outcome: I want to obtain the item I won in the auction.
