Classic Signature Marine Gap Insurance review: Not refunding my gap insurance after paying off loan.

On 01/13/2021 I cancelled my gap insurance and they inform me that don't have my refund money that Boater World of Lake Placid Fl were I purchased the boat has my refund. They said they don't have either. I want to file a complaint on Clasic Signiture Marine my gap insurer [protected]. My contract with Boaters world is [protected] and I paid $999 for gar insurance.
