Classic Parade Car Hire review: Super car hire

Rented a super car for my sisters wedding on the 15th of October 2023 from classic parade supercar hire. Everything seemed fine read a good few positive reviews about them and Andrew the person who runs this scam. I got a quote on their online website and emailed from them or a mr Andrew brown everything seemed fine was getting fast responses from him. I also called the number they provide for their call centre and spoke to a women who seemed so genuine. Anyway I booked the g wagon Mercedes the cost per day was £450 I choose to book it for two days so it was £900 for two days. They requires deposit of £2000 of which I agreed and payed so £2900 all in I sent to their classic parade business account. 2 days before the wedding I emailed Andrew and asked it everything was still ok for my car hire he said perfectly fine everything was all good on his side I thought great. Next morning day before the wedding I get an email from andrew stating they won’t be supplying me the car it was a big hasstle and let down last minute but I dealt with that. It’s now a month on and Andrew brown is now intentionally ignoring my emails he gave me 3 options through email to get refunded or send me the car on a different date or try and get me an other car for the day I wasn’t interested as I wasn’t to happy to be let down last minute I just wanted the refund. Emailed him over 15 times to get my money back he just keeps comeing up with stupid excuses he’s literally sent me the same email twice a week apart thinking I’m dumb. I just want my £2900 back which is my own money and I will be happy
