Classic Parade Car Hire review: Car hire

Came across classic parade super car hire online and decided to hire a car for my sisters wedding. I had booked the Mercedes g wagon the car was £400 per day and then there was a deposit of £2000 so all in I sent £2900 expecting this to be a legit company I called them several times and it all sounded completely legit. A lady answered the call and was very professional they have an advert on at the start of the call which sound professional and makes you believe the company is actually legit. The car was booked for 2 days I booked it from 15th October u till the 17th I had booked this a week or two before the date I wanted the car for. Leading upto the date of my booking I had emailed Andrew numerous amount of times and received really quick responses which to me was very professional and made me believe everything was ok. I messaged Andrew on the Friday before the wedding on Sunday asking if everything was still ok for the Sunday I would receive the car he emailed back saying absolutely everything was fine on there side and the delivery team would be in touch I was thinking great no

Problem what so ever I woke up the next day on Saturday to an email from Andrew brown stating he could no longer provide me with the car as there had been to many accidents this year and his insurance provider cancelled all policies on the car so he couldn’t hire me the car. This was on the day before the wedding after me emailing him on the Friday to find out if everything was ok. The emailed kind of surprised and upset me as I was left without any car the day before the wedding and also kind of embarrassed as of what had happened. Anyway I’m the email he gave me 3 options as of what to do next not that I wanted to do anything with this company again after letting me down the day before I needed the car he told me they could try an arrange another g wagon from another company or send the car on a different date or refund me my money. I was really upset with what had happened and was just want to settle this with getting my refund but as I’ve read now with about another 50 bad reviews with the same sort of thing happening Andrew brown in a scam artist he has a YouTube page he goes by the name of doctor troller I have a lot of information about this guy and as of where he is based in London he gives a lot of fake addresses to his customers and put fake addresses on his classic parade website. I’ve done a lot of investigation into this guy I’ve found him finally. I have emailed him number of times first time I got his reply was that his team would be doing all the banking and transfers on the Friday. Obviously I received no refund as of yet I gave Andrew the chance to refund me I’ve emailed him

Numerous amount of times now he’s just ignoring my emails. This guy is a big scam and I don’t know why no one has stopped him yet he has scammed the wrong person now and I will not just let him get away with this. Some people would just let him get away with scamming there hard earned money but not me I have my own legal representation and have the power to take this guy to court I will start proceedings very soon if I am not refunded in full by Andrew brown at classic parade super car hire. I have all proof of his emails invoices he’s sent me and proof of my bank transfer.
