Clairol review: Clairol light ash blonde hhair color

I have been using this product for over 20 years. I go to medium ash blonde for winter and ligher ash blond for summer, this year there is something very different... There is no ash in this colour. My hair has gone a strawberry blonde color and I hate it... Maybe even a little ginger... It is definitely not ashtoned at all.. I tried 2 in a row a week apart and the same... Never again... I used to be certain if you bought the same # color each time you would get the same result.. Not any more... You wont be getting a 3rd chance from me...20 years of reliable home hair care gone
