Clairol review: Clairol nice'n easy 5w medium caramel brown
I bought this box of hair dye from Woolworths Papamoa, Tauranga as my hair was greying and didn't have time to get to my hairdresser. As we had people coming over that night I thought I'd give it a quick home job. When I opened the box, there were no instructions and no gloves - just 3 bottles rattling around in the box. Unfortunately without any instructions I mixed the conditioner in with the developer which stung my head, only to find when I rinsed off I only had the colour bottle left. So not happy with this. No instructions and after faffing about for nearly an hour - still grey. I feel sure you would have had other complaints about this batch with no instructions and no gloves.
Claimed loss: $13
Desired outcome: Give me another box - but this time WITH instructions and WITH gloves. I am only a sometime user of this. Very disappointed with this product.
