Claire's Stores review: Complaining about an aggressive member of staff

Today, my daughter and her friend about 1:20 PM entered Claire’s accessories store in Bexleyheath. A girl in there by the name of Ruby Lapam decided to verbally abuse, my daughter and her friend. She was screaming at them and swearing, and she called security on them for no reason. This is an ex friend of my daughter however she was unaware that she was working today. My daughter is very distressed by this and I need this dealt with as soon as possible so that this young lady Ruby does not be aggressive towards my daughter again. This was also in front of other members of public inside the store very unprofessional.
