I hope you had a chance to look at the email I sent you on Friday June 19 at 7:06pm.
I'm really disappointed in your chain of stores.
I have never experienced such a feeling of complete disregard for customer service. I called the store as soon as I got home and got a response that was totally unethical.
How can you seriously expect parents and grandparents to take your store seriously! In short I've been extorted out of $10!
Grandparents are in a fixed income but we still bring our kids to Claire's because of the marketing strategies you use. But how can your
Store say it's Corporate prices I can't change that...that was a $10 difference for an item that is from Claire's and the same item from the Dollar Tree at $1.50 this is a 1000% mark up...
Common Claire's you can do better. Please send me a store Credit or a cheque for $10...do the right thing
