In my 36 years, ClaimsPro USA, led by Jean, has been the worst business I’ve dealt with. Future clients, beware: their unprofessionalism and negligence will leave you stranded. My home, damaged in March, remains a wreck as of September due to their abysmal service.
Jean showed up three hours late to my insurance inspection. No negotiation happened with the adjuster, leaving me with a tiny check that barely covered anything—Jean didn’t even know about it. His solution? Sue the insurance company. It took him two weeks to recommend an attorney, delaying everything further.
The worst part is the communication—or lack thereof. I’ve called 3-5 times in a row with no answer, no callbacks. Jean hasn’t responded to a single text since March. I’m left clueless about my claim, with my home still unlivable. ClaimsPro USA’s neglect has turned a stressful situation into a nightmare, compounding my financial and emotional toll.
Save yourself the frustration—avoid this company at all costs. Their failure to deliver is unacceptable. Look elsewhere for reliable service.
