We have erosion in our back yard and it has made the back deck and yard unsafe. The adjuster John Lee came here for a visit and claimed that he was submitting the claim with 24 hours and he was going to expedite it. All lies! The insurance company just told me that they received the file almost two weeks after he was supposed to submit and nothing was expedited. Ive had to call him numerous times as he didn't up date me once through the process. He didn't have the courtesy for one phone call update. I would never use him or his shame of a company. He clearly only has a agenda for himself and the insurance companies he represents.
