I signed up with Sharetrackin on 18 th August, I had a technician come and install the software and run a 45 minute training program. On the 1st of September I sent an email requesting to cancel as financially after looking through my budget and situations arose. I was sent a cancellation form and have to give them a valid reason for cancellation. (Understand, This is before any debits have gone off! but need to give a valid reason)
When I sent the necessary documents back I was told that the company cannot cancel the contract and I am bound for 24 months. I have yet to have a debit order come off and wanted to cancel before this happens . The company states that they want to resolve the issue ammicably but here is the problem. If a client has an issue and you constantly say you cannot cancel, how do you seem to "resolve" the issues at hand? and mention that like a gym contract you are bound by it...
I have found so many negative reviews about this company and the unethical ways of them. I just wish I found the reviews before the contract was signed.
