I have package with Citibella. I wanted to use up my package and stop visiting Citibella and would tell my friends to avoid their services. In spite of my package still having a good amount of money, every visit the sales team would push their promotional package and suggest I do a TOP-UP. Promotions are all year round! If services are good is a different story. There's nothing notable or worth commending coz their services are mediocre. I dread visiting coz the girls are so pushy and if you reject, they will start showing their faces and pass comments, whispering some ugly comments sarcastically. Citibella should allow customers to complete packages before signing another. Instead of looking forward to have my mani and pedi service, I dread facing the staff's pushing and pushing! Hope Citibella can upgrade their services and train their staff with right and proper customer services. I know this is business but you must not expect your clients to keep topping their packages at practically every visit. To be honest every visit Citibella has promotions! Most of my friends and relatives have migrated to other saloons and I am following suite ASAP.
I just wanted to share that whenever I visit Citibella for body massage services I always feel very stressed as the manager would always push sales and ask me to continue sign new packages no doubt my old one has not finished.
I totally agree that the sales are very pushy. And they show face if I reject to top up my package. The nail polish they use is lousy. Easily peel off after 1 day. While OPI can last much longer. I just wanted to finish my package with them quickly and go to other nail salon.
I am forced to sign a package today as well. Initially, I only want to go for a simple gelish manicure and classic pedicure. Some more I am rushing for time. So as a first time walk in, alone with my husband not around, they tried to push me to get this, get that then when near the end of the session, one lady suddenly came and tried to get me to sign a 2k package, I said don't want, then they tried get me sign for 1.5k package then again I rejected, then when I was paying and while the cashier hold my card, they tried with $600 package. As I found it reasonable, I signed to get them off my back. But reading this, I guess next visit, I got to ask my husband go with me so that they know we are not to be mess ard.
