I have been going to this location for the last 20 years. Most of the staff is fairly friendly. Employees come and go as in most industries. Recently there is one employee who refuses to assist me at the counter anymore. She always had before until I stopped in with my wife two days in a row. Which because of our schedules never happens. Not sure what her original motives were as I always wear a wedding ring. It has gotten to the point that she will go in the back when I enter the store even when she is the only one up front. Some how what ever lie she has created has been passed on to the assistant manager. Getting coffee yesterday morning (11/16/2019) for example. No one is in the store, grab coffee and approach the counter. The girl in question has her counter open and the other is closed. As I walk up the assistant manager says I will help you and removes the closed sign. Understanding this is some game this girl has created just makes you feel uneasy in a place that is right around the corner from my house that I have gone to for years. Sad that I feel I need to find somewhere else to take my business. This has been going on for a couple of months now. Its just unprofessional.
