My name is jovian ho, chief operating officer at dynagility, an us software firm. Yesterday, 09/22/2019 I brought my 4.5 years old daughter to chuckecheese at the location 21025 dulles town center, sterling, va 20166 and experienced a very upsetting situation by this location manager (a short young lady perhaps named jeisy). I ordered an individual pizza, a small diet coke and 2 plastic cups for water which I have been doing with my wife and young daughter last 2 months at this location as I just moved to ashburn. Before that I often came to herndon location where I came often for the last 32 years as my oldest son is now 32 years old. Anyway I have been a very loyal customer of yours, especially at the herndon location where everyone knows our family well... Last night at this sterling location as I just paid and just about to walk away, the manager told me "by the way, make sure the plastic cups not for soda but for water only" I was shocked and asked her "did you just imply I would cheat and stealing soda for free?", she answered "oh.. Because lots of people do that..." I was very upset and told her she should not ask me that question and implied I would cheat... That is profiling and a racist comments... I was extremely upset and shaking because it was the first time ever in my life I experienced with such insult at chuckecheese or/and anywhere else... Please train/retrain this young lady and your employees about profiling and racism. Thanks
