I am ashamed to admit that I was scammed out of my hard earned money by Christopher Kanyaro and his mortgage and finance scam team twice. It started with a visit from Chris Kanyaro he said that he could re finance my house and bring down my repayments as well allowing me to be debit free in half the time that I could on my current mortgage. I was very skeptical and I didn’t really get any real answers looking back on it now. But Christopher Kanyaro was all ways saying things like “that’s a fact” and “if your not completely happy I will personally give you your money back” (### Christopher Kanyaro doesn’t know the meaning of the word refund) It was clear that Chris Kanyaro wouldn’t leave until I signed the paper and gave him and his fraud finance team $400.
Next thing I know with out my permission Christopher Kanyaro and his Scam team have refinanced my property with a forged signature of mine at a higher rate than what I was paying and what they promised me. To top it off Christopher Kanyaro then said I had to pay him $7, 900 for the job and I received many threatening phone calls. I now know that Christopher Kanyaro and his mortgage finance scam team also received a commission from the bank for just as much as i payed. As if my money was not enough.
After countless calls and thousands in lawyers fees to try and get this horrible mortgage that Christopher Kanyaro put me into reversed. I found that the contract is very well written. They are professional finance crooks.
Un known to me Christopher Kanyaro some how got hold of my familys details. He went to my Fathers house un known to me and said that I suggested that he could come over and talk about some investments and financial advice. Christopher Kanyaro then convinced my Dad who is very ill to sign a contract to use the equity in his house to buy an investment property in Queensland that he had never seen. Chris Kanyaro as usual was using his dishonest sales tactics to scam a man who worked 14hr days 6 days a week for most of his life. Chris Kanyaro will do anything for a buck and my ill Dad unfortunately signed. He charge my Dad $60, 000 over market value and we found in court the Christopher received a $75, 000 commission from the builder. No wonder Christopher Kanyaro is so pushy with his finance plans and mortgages.
I am writing to anyone who is contacted by this crook to stay away at all costs and immediately contact fair trading.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I worked as "National Ops Manager" for Chris Kanyaro's company, ACE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS. He failed to pay my phone bills as agreed and owes me $1000s. Even tho I was subcontracted to him I could never get in touch with him unless it was about large client deals! He refinanced my 4 home loans and messed the entire thing up. He completed my refinance application with false details to ensure bank approval...to ensure his commission! HE IS A SMARMY DECEITFUL HUMAN that has cost me 10s of $1000s and needs to be avoided! He may have renewed his Mortgage licence but to my knowledge does not have and has never had the proper MFAA certifications or insurances to run a finance company!,

Chris, if you are not the scammer that you are trying to make people believe that you are not, how about you pay your bills when they are due. You conduct yourself at the expense of other people. We are not your bank!
For two years (17/5/2011) we have been trying to collect money from you. We completed design and printing work in a mad rush for your to be ready for your trade show at Sanctuary Cove QLD, this included at least two nights work past midnight so you could be ready for your trade show. We spent many more hours then what we charged you for and you think 10 months later it is OK to make a part payment of $350?
The invoice only totaled $631.82 and over two years later you still have not settled your account. I wonder how many other people you have done this to. If you cant afford to pay for things, then don't buy them!
You continually hang up on my phone calls or do not answer.
You can list your phone number and email address as much as you like, it doesn't take from the fact that your are a shark and should be avoided!

I live in the same gated community as Chris Kanyaro. He has scammed a lot of people around us for a few $100 here and there but nothing like this. There are people who do come looking for him from time to time but security deal with it. so reading this dose not surprise me at all. He tried the same story on us. I asked to see his finance licence he said he had one. Then he came back saying he didn't need one for this deal because it was through his friend and "that's why you are getting the place so cheep". The guy is slimy as f*** glad I didn't sign. He was visiting my wife every day for 2 weeks had her convinced but i didn't fall for it. If it's to good to be true then it most likely is. More ridiculous lies posted by Ben Gibson of JetSurf. A recent attempt to extort more money out of myself did not work, and so Ben Gibson of Jetsurf threatened to post more ridiculous lies. I have written to complaintsboard about this. This website allows anyone to write anything about anyone. It has actually motivated me to renew my FPA (Financial Planning Association Membership, which I am currently doing. If ANY Authorities are interested in contacting me my phone number is +[protected]. My Drivers Licence number is [protected] (you can easily find me.) Ben Gibson will never stop. He has threatened me with this. If this was true I would have been arrested by now. I have also requested a Police Report on myself, which I will happily post on this website. Sincerly Chris Kanyaro.
