I hired the chop and drop tree service of Virginia Beach to remove four trees from my property. At first, the owner was very business-like, However, it is now almost three months after they started the job and it still is not completed! Additionally, they damaged both the back patio and the lawn in the process of doing their job. The owner makes promises to make things right and then doesn't follow through or return calls.
It took 3 weeks to get the first two stumps ground. Then it took an additional almost two months to get the other two done. They damaged my patio and lawn and the stump is still sticking up under the ground. They left a large piece of stump sitting on the curb for weeks until I had someone else remove it.
Desired outcome: I want the damage repaired and I want the job finished in a timely manner.
To start, I was NOT the one to hire them my neighbor's did. While cutting down trees on my neighbor's property they left huge logs, debris and holes in my yard. They did NOT ask if they could use my yard, they just did so. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times to fix the issues they created in my yard but never got a response.
