Chipaco Ventures Nig. Ltd review: GOTV Decoders

Good day Team,

I bought 2 decoders from an agent and after activating one of the decoders and gave to me, she has refused to provide the second decoder but rather feeding me with false information such as the decoder is taken to the head quarter for fixing, another time another story just like that for more than 13 days now and thereby depriving me the opportunity of enjoying the world cup and other programs.
