On November 14th 2015 I purchased a tube amplifier and audio cable from the website; www.china-hifi-audio.com Order number #2228. The total amount including shipping costs was € 735, 94 euro. My account says that my order is still; "processing". There is an email adres to contact the company but several times I tried to send an email to [protected]@china-hifi-audio.com but everytime it says that the email can not be delivered. On internet I found an other email adres; china-hifi-audio.[protected]@hotmail.com the adres works but I don't get any reaction.
I would like a status update on my puchase...

I am sorry for the complaints. Sorry for the delay.

The order was finished on March 2016, the buyer asked the order changed to RFTLYS A2 KT88*4 VACUUM TUBE HIFI INTEGRATED AMPLIFIER Model: MUIA983757 and XIANGSHENG DA-03A USB DAC TUBE HEADPHONE AMP HIFI REMOTE CONTRO instead.
We send the 2 items and a small gift for apology on Mar 20, 2016.

There were some other orders were delay because I was ill between October 2015 and Feb 2016 too, we refunded the full money or sent the goods with a small discount 2% to 5% or a small gift to my buyers before the end of March 2016.
Ah, I think I finished all the orders, if anyone have not received the item or have not received the refund, please send email to china-hifi-audio.com@hotmail.com, we keep all the sale recording and all the emails.
I remember there is one order payment via Bank, I returned it at the first time, because Bank payment is not safe as the PayPal, but, the money just went back to the Bank of the buyer, didn't went to his bank account. At last the buyer found the refund at the Bank. I am not sure if he leave the bad feedback, and if he said the full case at last. I will try to find it.
It is not easy to find all the reviews at the web.

Sorry for these orders.

I was ill between October 2015 and Feb 2016, I got a serious cervical spondylosis and dizzy.
Some orders have not been sent in time.
I feel very sorry.
I have sold hifi audio since 2007, and get very good feedback before Oct 2015.
The 4 monthes I lost all the reputation.
I have tried my best to re-build the reputation in these two and a half years.
It is not easy, I have tried my best these 2 years, and will so on.

I built an e-commerce company and have a team on May 2018.
We will try our best to list more good hifi audio items for the audiophile and will provide the best service.

BTW, I am health now. The cervical spondylosis has gone. Need a good doctor and sport, sport is important.

Sorry for the delay order, sorry for the late statement.
Why don't I clear this fact at the first time, because it need time to let my buyers report the feedback.
