Chili's Grill & Bar

We stopped in to this Chili's on August 25, 2019 at 5:00 the first thing we noticed the restaurant was almost empty but we had to wait while they cleared a table. When we finally got to the table our waiter greeted us and was very helpful stating he would be right back after helping another table. We ordered our standard order of chips and salsa, Margarita Chicken and desert. We have had this order many times at different locations this was by far the worst meal we have ever been served. My husband got very little chicken, I received a plate full of sloppy beans and broth. I couldn't find the rice until I pushed all the beans away. To top it off it was luke warm NOT hot in any way. As a matter of fact there were cold beans mixed in this mess. Everyone was running around like they didn't know what to do. One waitress was trying to bus tables as no one else was while another waiter was standing around. As I returned from the restaurant I looked into the kitchen there was good all over the floor. I never saw a manager or anyone else that might have been in charge. VERY DISAPPOINTED this was one of our favorite restaurants stopped there many times. Sadly this will be the last at least for a long while. Our waiter Corbin was great through out and did the best he could for us. I give him a gold star.
