Paulo Orrego / Paulo Manterola is a CON artist. DO NOT TRUST her. You can google on her and you will be surprise she has ripped off many people.

I've bough 3 puppys in the same year from Paula Manterola. tHE MOS EXPENSIVE ONE WAS TO BE AN ADULT NOT MORE TNAT 2 PONDS, WHAT'S SURPRISE, at 7 month 9pounds IT IS NOW AT 19 POUNDS...NERVER RECEIVRE PAPER FOR HIM i'VE PAID 1800.00$usd FOR A NOTHER FEMANLE AT 1600.00$ AND AT 10 MONTS OF AGE SHE CANNOT WALK, BOTH LEGS NEED A VERY EXPENSIVE SURGERY WITHOUT ANY WARENTY. aD THE 3RD ONE, SHE'S A LOT OLDER THAN SHE SAID.
Wow it possible for her still saling puppy, she lors her wright, but shi continue using anoter beb site, and her family sign for her.

Are there any pending law suites agianst Paula Orrega or what ever her name is. I purchased a puppy from her. She was much younger than I was told and has grown a lot larger than told. Her medical records were a struggle to get and are false. I am unsure if my puppy ever received the shots she should have had. Thankfully she appears healthy.
I couldn't figure out how to edit my post to add this, but chihuawow.com is absolutely run by the same people that owned chihuahuateacup.net. If they aren't affiliated then chihuawow.com stole testimonials from chihuahuateacup.net. You can't have it both ways, either chihuateacup.net stole your pictures or you stole their testimonials. It would have been better just to not respond than to prove how dishonest you are. Sometimes it's better just to shut up and have everyone think you're a liar than to open your mouth and prove it, to paraphrase the old saying.
I purchased a puppy from chihuahuateacup.net, took him to the vet and the vet told me he was younger than I was told and ultimately grew larger than was listed on the site, so in that sense absolutely there was deception. He was however, perfectly healthy and has a great temperment and personality. It's sad that the there is some shenanigans going on with the ages and weights of these dogs. I also worry about how many litters are being bred, since there are always new ones year round.
Do your homework when selecting a breeder and don't simply make a purchase based on pictures.
