I recently bought a perfume from Chemist Warehouse's online store and boy, was I disappointed! They sent me a fake perfume! I mean, come on, who does that? I've been trying to get a refund for the past 4 weeks and it's been a nightmare. I've been ignored for 4 weeks straight! Can you believe it? It's like they don't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a dodgy place for perfume. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently went to Chemist Warehouse in Gympie and had a pretty bad experience. I was waiting in line to pay for my purchase when one of the staff members accused me of looking suspicious. I was taken aback by this as I have never been accused of anything like this before. The staff lady was extremely rude and didn't even bother to apologize for her behavior.

I want to make it clear that I have never taken anything from a store without paying for it. It's just not the right thing to do. I was really disappointed with the way I was treated and the lack of professionalism shown by the staff member.

Aside from this incident, I have shopped at Chemist Warehouse before and have generally had a good experience. They have a wide range of products at affordable prices, which is great. However, I do think that the staff could benefit from some customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and kindness.

So, I went to the new Chemist Warehouse store on Pitt street in the city today. I needed four puffers for my kids who have asthma, but they only gave me one. They said they needed proof of identity for my children, which I didn't have on me. I've never had to show ID before at any other Chemist Warehouse store, so I was pretty annoyed. I showed them a receipt from when I bought four puffers and preventers from the same store two weeks ago, but they still wouldn't give me more. The chemist was really rude and unprofessional, and didn't offer any help.

I asked to speak to the store manager, but they made me wait for twenty minutes and never showed up. I ended up complaining to their complaints section, but I haven't heard back from them yet. In the meantime, I went to a nearby chemist and explained my situation. They were much more helpful and understanding, and I was able to get the puffers I needed.

Honestly, if this is the kind of treatment I'm going to get after spending almost $300 at Chemist Warehouse, I'll definitely be looking for another chemist. Plus, I've noticed that Coles and Woolies have vitamins and probiotics on special for almost half the price. So, I might just start shopping there instead.
