On March 1, 2026 my family and myself visited for a meal. There was Myself, my wife, my sister-in-law and my two grandchildren ages 5 and 7.
We were seated approximately 6:00 pm and we were not waited on at all.
We contacted the manager and were told that someone would be with us. 40 minutes later we still had not been served. The couple sitting the other booth got up and left and shortly afterwards we left also. We went to another restaurant to be served. We have visited that restaurant several times and have never had this lack of service.

Claimed loss: just a waste of our time and a complete disregard of our time and a disrespect.
Desired outcome: I dont know what but i wanted to bring it up to your company to see what your recommendations were. I dont have any photos but upon leaving we were asked about our visit and we told them that this was awful.
