Checkers Sunninghill review: Customer services

Dear Mr/Mrs,

I would like to log a complaint about the bad customer services I received today at Sunninghill Checkers.
I was only asking for simple cashback from one of the cashiers (Trainee) Pity she didn't have enough cash in her till then she requested additional cash from her supervisor (Valencia) from at least R200 extra so she can help.

Valencia didn't even bother at looking at her nor help, I have been left unattended for almost 10 minutes begging the young Trainee help,
I fully understand she was willing to help but her supervisor was not willing to help as she didn't even bother responding. Meanwhile, another white man was asking for cash back on the other till she came running like an athlete and this left me with many questions that your cashback option does go with race or skin color.

I have not been racially discriminated in my life just like today by Supervisor Valencia even though she didn't verbally discriminate against me but her actions did. I went as far as getting a picture of the employee of the day Valencia. Kindly please see attached document or pictures.

Hence I would like to thank the young Trainee who was willing to help, Unfortunately, her supervisor was not in a mood to help. This needs to be attended as it is not good customer service. Please invest more time in training senior staff in customer services.
