On 12/2/22, I sent a transfer request of $1364 from my Chase Debit Card to my PayPal Debit card. At first Chase denied the transfer request and sent me an email asking me if I made the request, I replied back, yes it was me. So, I go back to PayPal to complete the transfer and it was declined/denied 3 more times. By this time Chase had sent the funds and PayPal says they never received them because they declined the transaction. I have been going back and forth with both parties and each is blaming the other for the lost. I have included the transaction details from Chase if it would be helpful.

Desired outcome: I desperately need those funds. For I am on a fixed income and that was basically my whole Social Security check. I am in no position to lose a whole month 'income.
