I received the decanter without the crown cork for a stopper as was displayed in the ad. I cannot reach them with my complaint. I waited over 3 months to receive the item, and it is not complete. It has been maddening dealing with this company. And the decanter was not cheap. This is a Christmas gift that I need to get soon! I cannot seem to reach them to ask for the crown cork.
