THIS IS OUTRIGHT FALSE! I HAVE WORKED FOR CHARLIES LLC FOR 4 MONTHS, I HAVE DELIVERED GLASSES PERSONALLY IN 3 DIFFERENT STATES, I HAVE TALKED TO ALOT OF RESTAURANT OWNERS AND ADVERTISERS AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT THIS COMPANY IS LEGITIMATE. THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR STATEMENT IS THAT YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR CHARLIES AND YOU HAVE NOTHING FACTUAL TO BACK UP YOUR CLAIM! YOU SIR, DID NOT EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO SEE HOW HAPPY THE RESTAURANTS, PATRONS, AND ADVERTISERS WERE WHEN THEY GOT THE PRODUCT! I WOULD SUGGEST THAT BEFORE YOU START SPEAKING FALSELY AGAINST A COMPANY, YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! I AM SORRY THAT YOU WERE NOT ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THE GREAT THINGS THAT CHARLIES HAS TO OFFER!

i ordered some glasses too and was out $695.00. everyone needs to contact the BBB and the FBI. these could be terrorist raising money for thier next plot.

The previous comment from Mr. McClaurin is typical of his attitude. All lies and misleading statements. Just ask the 24 peolple that attended his "training" seesion in Birmingham, Ala.. He did not pay o1 person for the trip or for services rendered. He reneged on the contracts and after 1 month of being out in the field - not one 1 person remains. Stay away from Brian McClaurin forever - I hope he rots in hell, all the while "benefitting from Charlies".

The company never delivered the products to the bars that you sold for, billabong12345, because you never sold any advertising. Anything that would suggest that you "sold like crazy" is an absolute lie! You too sir were never able to see the benefit of Charlies because you did not work for them an entire day, Instead you chose to do nothing and then make false statements toward a company that has no intention of doing anything other than producing a product that everyone is happy with. Have you talked to customers and establishments as they have gotten their product? I HAVE, and that is the truth. I just don't understand how you can make these statements falsely and be ok with that. I can assure you that if you would have done what you were supposed to do as an employee, you too would be benefiting from Charlies!

I live in OKC, Oklahoma and after several phone interviews they ask me to drive to Tulsa for a face to face interview. Needless to say, over 220 miles round trip, turnpike fees, parking fees, I was out over 100.00 dollars.

I interviewed with Stephanie Martin and Brian McLaren (Con Artist) Stephanie called me 3 days latter offered me the position and said she would email me an offer letter. When I received it, it was done on Microsoft Word, No letterhead, did not mention her name, Brian’s name not even a signature line, RED FLAGS flew up immediately!

When I went back to re-examine their website “thecharliesway.com” I started putting 2 and 2 together. These were phony pictures, not from their so called company, no phone numbers, on the cities the listed, I googled, no such places!

I called Brian and ask about ALL these things and I could tell he started getting worried said; Well, you won’t find us anywhere on the internet, he said it’s for proprietary reasons, I thought “BULL” then he said that most big company’s don’t use letterhead on their (Offer Letters) I thought “Bull” again! I finally got out of him to say that their home office is in Savanna, Georgia and that he had worked for them for 5 years, I then called the BBB there and that had never heard of the company, I ask if there was a company named Charlies LLC anywhere in the country, she researched and said no!

Anyone can make a phony website, click on (Go Daddy.com) and get a web domain and say anything they want! THIS SO CALLED COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Thank you so much for posting this...my husband had just talked to them and they offered him a position exactly as you described, but we were extremely nervous because we could not find any info on the actual company, phone number, physical address, and they keep telling him he will get all that information when he signs a contract. Your post helped very much - again, THANK YOU for speaking up!
