Charissa Maid Agency review: Ill Treats and Cheats

We recently took a Srilanka Maid from Charisa Maid agency which is on a 2nd floor in Serangoon Road..We dealt with the Director-sunita..who is olny interested in closing the deal and taking the deposit..Her service is so bad and unprofessional.When the maid arrived to our house, she told us that sunita had already taken $1000 commission to bring her to Singapore to work and here we were told about a 3 month maid loan..All very confusing to us..but as there are no others providing indian maids, we just agreed..We were also told that some of the candidates were ill-treated, slapped by her and also 8-9 girld squeezed in a small room..Why doesnt the authority do something about these agents..We were told that singapore is a corrupt free country, green and clean..we find it hard to believe all this after our experience with Charissa
