Hi,

To whom it concerns,

My name is Seanie Mc Eniff and I am a Hotel owner and our group of Hotels are called the Brian Mc Eniff Hotels.

3 of our Hotels have been using Well Water for the last 20 years and the other 3 are now contemplating going down the road of installing Wells.

2 of our Hotels have been using a company called Watertec and have been some what happy with their service for the time we have been with them.

However the original owner of Watertec has passed on to the next world and the company & service has slowly disintegrated.

We are currently looking for a new Well company and when we done our research, we were very happy with what we read about your company in Ireland.

I decided last week to make a move to change Well companies and I phoned your company called Celtic Water Solutions in Tuam Galway Ireland.

When I phoned last Friday July 7th the receptionist that answered the phone was very efficient and I explained my situation and she said she would put me through to a gentleman by the name of Pat who was in charge of the Wells for Hotels.

I spoke with Pat and we has a courteous conversation and I explained our situation about the Well at the Holyrood Hotel and that we also would be looking at moving our other Hotels with Wells to Celtic Water Solutions and if everything went good with look at them for implementing Wells in our other 3 Hotels.I asked him if he would speak with my Chief Maintenance person Gerard in regard to the Well at the Holyrood Hotel in Bundoran County Donegal Ireland.

From there, Pat & Gerard had a conversation over the phone.

Gerard explained to Pat our on going problems at the Holyrood Hotel and that we are currently in the peak of our season where water usage is quite high as we have many families staying during the summer season. Gerard explained that we needed possibly a new pump + extras and that we would like to start fresh with Celtic Water Solutions.

Pat from Celtic Water Solutions said that he would call Gerard back on Monday but at latest Tuesday and would have a service man with us by Friday at the latest. Interestingly the service man that Celtic Water Solutions is based less than 5 minutes from the Holyrood Hotel, which we did not know until we had a chat with Pat.

We waited on the phone call and Monday & Tuesday passed with no phone call, but we allowed maybe Pat is busy and would phone Wednesday & Thursday but still no phone call.

So this morning at 9.15am I phoned Celtic Water Solutions and asked for Pat, and the receptionist said I will put you through, but only to come back and say ''Sorry he is on a phone call but I will ask him to phone you back''

3 hours later at 12.30pm I phone again and a different receptionist answered and I said can I speak to Pat and she said no problem I will put you through but came back and said ''Sorry Pat is at a meeting'', and once again I left my name & number hoping for a call back.

So once again at 3.30pm I phoned Celtic Water Solutions once more and the receptionist answered and I said can I speak to Pat and this time she said yes, I will put you though, but again came back & said Pat was busy.

I am writing this email because for some reason I feel I am getting the run around. I am business owner and I've never taken to write an email to complain. I know if employees were carrying on like this in my businesses, I would be only to happy to hear from a customer to enlighten me as to what damage was been done.

Ireland is a small country where all hoteliers are like a big family, where we bounce ideas of each other, ideas about increasing business and ideas how to save costs. My brother in law just stepped down as President of the Hotel Federation Of Ireland but yet is still the chief speaker on Hotel Economics.

My bottom line is Pat is not a good ambassador for Celtic Water Solutions and has stained my thoughts on the company and I've no doubts that the owners of this company would be non too happy if they knew the way Pat was running their company Celtic Water Solutions.

Once again I truly apologise for having to write this email, but I could not stand by and watch a man called Pat of Celtic Water Solutions tarnish somebody's company that hard work was put in to since 1936 to build such a great company called Culligan International.

I await to hear from you and I am still open to working with you so hopefully you can find someone within Celtic Water Solutions who I can deal with in a professional manner,

Thank you,

Desired outcome: To have a reason why they have refused to return phone calls to a business that had wished to do business with them
