I ordered and paid for an item on Cebword, but I haven't received it. The tracking number provided was invalid. They emailed me once, apologizing for the delay, but then they stopped replying. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times via email, but I haven't received any response. I paid £49 for the item, and now I am left with no parcel and have lost my money. It's hard to believe they would do this. The item was supposed to come from China, so I suspect it's just lies and they are purposely ignoring my emails. This is unfair, and they should not be allowed to get away with it.
