CCI*Hotel Reservations review: Hotel stay cancellation.

This is in dispute of $830.62 on 4/9/21 by Cci*hotel res (As stated on our credit card statement due 6/10/21). We made this reservation to the Tenaya Lodge in April 2021 for a reservation on May 11-13, 2021. In view of COVID and the fact that most of the sites surrounding the lodge were closed we decided to cancel on 4/4/21. The CCI Hotel Res sent Chase Card Services a notice stating that the cancellation policy for the hotel reads "Each room in this reservation is subject to the hotel's cancellation policy which is: This reservation is non refundable." (Which is a lie). And they billed our credit card $830.62. Upon contacting the reservation desk at the Tenaya Lodge we found that their cancellation policy reads, "Under this policy all reservations may be changed up to the day of arrival without penalty (no charge)."
My husband and I are in our 80s and do not like being taken advantage of. In view of all of this we request a complete refund to our credit card company o $830.62. CCI is a fraudulent scam.
